You will be responsible for planning and controlling the management of the projects in the executing organization, having as main responsibilities the control of the resources assigned to the project and the management of the constraints (scope, schedule, cost and quality) in order to best meet the defined objectives;

We are looking for someone with a detail oriented, pragmatic and resilient profile, whose goal is to always deliver the best to the client and ensure the best balance between efficiency of operations and quality of delivery.
- Main activities and responsibilities:_
- Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with others involved;
- Deploy technical briefing for internal teams and suppliers;
- Accompany kick off meetings of projects;
- Participate in and/or conduct meetings with the client;
- Document the project plan with its scope, schedule, and budget in hours;
- Create and manage the project schedule;
- Chain tasks for the optimization of the project execution;
- Negotiate and allocate the necessary resources for the fulfillment of the project;
- Make decisions involving project definitions and problem solving;
- Manage the compliance with deadline, cost and quality of deliverables involving other areas of the company;
- Conduct quality control process of projects.
- Prepare reports and analyze profitability and productivity, among other activities.
- We are seeking a professional with:_
- Leadership, team development, resource allocation, crisis management, motivation, communication, influence, negotiation, conflict management and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of agile software methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Fluent English, as you will have direct contact with teams in Europe.
- Excellent communication skills with team, stakeholders, customers and organization.
- PMP certification will be a plus.
