Administrative Director

Khan Tech is a fast-growing iGaming company committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Director to oversee all office operations, manage a team of office managers, and act as a trusted partner to the CEO in Armenia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Lead and manage the office management team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for the CEO in Armenia.
- Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance and team productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative leadership roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence).
- Fluency in Armenian and English is required;
