**Your Role and Responsibilities**

System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with Kyndryl, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.

This position is responsible for the administration of the Windows Servers environment and Virtualization (physical and virtual machines/VMware/vCenter) and the associated hardware.

The administrator will participate in and/or lead efforts to mainly support and maintain the healthy of the client's servers, as well as build, upgrade, migrate and update these servers. The administrator will be part of an Agile multi skilled squad, composed of professionals spread across different locations.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Required Technical Experdise
- Solid understanding of network communication and server-client topology
- Skills in the following products and technologies:

- Microsoft Windows Server (infrastructure support & projects)
- Microsoft Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, DFS
- VMWare vSphere
- Intel Hardware products
- Intel Virtualization
- Be familiar with SAN Storage architecture
- Cloud computing knowledge
- Performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Problem Solving Skills and RCA (root cause analysis)
- Advanced Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Automation skills

- Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing)
