Strategic Project Manager

**Main accountabilities**:

- Responsible for mapping, manage and monitoring all the activities related to the AZ strategic projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and the interface between AZ Brazil and AZ China related to the collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate internal/external resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all work fronts milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including weekly updates to the AZ Senior Management
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all internal/external stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure the project governance
- Defines best practice in Project Management, and proactively acts as a thought leader in determining leading Project Management business processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Proven working experience as a project manager
- Knowledge in pharma industry sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding of project manager tools, methodologies and skills needed
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English fluency
- Chinese Language knowledge (desirable)
- PMP / PRINCE II / Agile certification
