**Job Summary**

The Customer Planner is responsible for planning Copackers and BR14, Customization Center, supporting RGM commercial initiatives and also managing Trading Company and Copacker Production. In order to provide proper support, it is required that this position have delivers/ skills similar to an Industrial Engineer and Plant Production Planner, providing interface between the commercial team and Customization Center operations. Also is responsible for working together with the Production Planning VA & JG, demand and the SNP team. Also is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize daily production schedules, in addition to preparing and executing studies relevant to the production area, segmentation, evaluating and proposing changes in processes/methods, lines, line utilization control, purchase of products, scheduling and production control following demand in different processes, Elaborate and analyze KPI's/department indicators, monitor production, quality, information related to sales and control inventory levels. Besides that, will be responsible to control men/hour production, rate routing, AML, inventory accuracy and productivity production.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Utilize demand driven processes to determine requirements that balance supply chain resources and inventory
- Responsible to create new SKU for new projects
- Analyze and implement FTG projects
- Analyze and create SKU rate routing, production version & master data parameters
- Explain inventory variations
- Review and optimize weekly/monthly/quarterly production master schedules to maximize service levels achievement
- Manage inventory of finished goods and packaging materials to support production requirements
- Review finishing goods and packaging materials coverage to ensure safe stock strategy and partner with Procurement to determine optimal levels. Facilitate material management improvement and control to reduce potential SLOB.
- Facilitate audits of SAP/APO to include demand, inventory levels, BOMs, material masters and parameters accuracy.
- Maintain open lines of communication with key vendors and sharing information relevant to changes in the business to continue the development of the partnership.
- Closely partners with the Network Operations team to provide input into new product launches, transitions and sourcing strategy changes.
- Timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to include schedule adherence, case fill, inventory returns, and review Quarterly Master data (Plan Delivery Time, Safety stock/days, lot sizes, delivery frequency, storage level ) balancing with stock physical availability and operation’s needs. Have agreement with all area impacted by this changes.
- Support plant initiatives through involvement of activities/functions outside of Materials Planning.
- Create Management of Change and change control documents and provide appropriate follow-up to activities of planning, execution and closing.
- Performs other duties as assigned, complies with all policies and standards.
- Take action to guarantee all information in SAP system according to 100% System driven planning principles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Planning or related field
- Planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge of SAP R3/APO system
- Knowledge in Control Tower system desirable
- Knowledge of master data planning and processes in systems desirable
- Quantitative reasoning skills to inform data driven decisions
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills
