**HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)**:
The Junior Admin Support Representative performs a wide variety of routine administrative support tasks in such functional areas as finance, payroll, human resources, etc. or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
- Compiles records and tracks and verifies the accuracy of data.
- Uses the computer to generate reports, tables, graphs and correspondence.
- Gathers information from multiple sources and reconciles report discrepancies.
- Communicates with both external and internal customers.
- Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

**Role is part time - 6 hours a day**

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Interpersonal skills necessary to make inquiries and clarify information
- Detail skills necessary to ensure that information is accurate and correct; that documents are grammatically correct, and that work is completed in a timely manner
- Organizational skills necessary to follow detailed job instructions, order or prioritize daily work activities, and balance multiple assignments
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (supletivo)
- Must have basic level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized to work in Brazil
- Must be fluent, written and verbally in Portuguese
- Possess entry-level computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ** Be eligible for the PCD Program (Programa de Pessoa com Deficiência).**
