The main role is to **establish a work environment that helps people contribute and collaborate at their full potential.**

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Develop and deliver transformation projects and initiatives that will increase engagement and support our employee experience strategy;
- Design and shape our employee experience (EX) strategy, putting in place an ideal EX journey;
- Support the company growth through a continued development of organizational culture aligned with Azion values;
- Manage organizational climate process with proper tools: such as pulses and surveys, providing managers an accurate picture of team’s perception and supporting them in developing strategies;
- Promote effective communication among teams and company through an internal communication strategy, promoting alignment between company goals & people efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience building and executing HR strategies relating to engagement and employee satisfaction preferred;
- Previous experience in designing and implementing employee experience drivers and methodologies;
- Project management experience;
- People oriented and results driven;
- Advanced English (Fluent Desired)
