**Especialista em Dados / Gestão e Governança de Dados**

**Responsabilidades**:
Manter, implementar e garantir a conformidade com as estratégias, políticas, padrões e processos de Governança de Dados.

Definir processos operacionais de governança de dados (por exemplo, medição de qualidade de dados) de acordo com as políticas e normas, articulando claramente os papéis e responsabilidades;
Monitorar e medir a conformidade com padrões e processos.
Apoiar as sessões de trabalho do domínio de dados, definindo a agenda e preparando documentos de apoio.
Resolver problemas de governança entre as unidades de negócios e encaminhar conforme necessário.
Criar, gerencia e facilitar um processo de governança de política de dados para identificar e entender os problemas críticos de dados e garantir a aplicação e a conformidade da política de dados
Garantir que mecanismos de governança estejam em vigor para monitorar e controlar o acesso aos dados
Conduzir sessões de treinamento com os administradores de dados sobre a política, padrões e processos
Apoiar os dados com comunicação das principais prioridades de governança e sucessos em toda a empresa, conforme necessário

**Requisitos**:
Capacidade demonstrada de pesquisar, escrever e comunicar verbalmente sobre tópicos técnicos para um público amplo
Histórico de lidar bem com a ambiguidade, priorizando necessidades, planejando e gerenciando vários projetos e entregando resultados mensuráveis em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado
Compreensão demonstrada dos conceitos de governança de dados
Habilidades de parceria demonstradas com parceiros técnicos e não técnicos, incluindo liderança sênior
Capacidade de consultar e perfilar dados para extrair insights
Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e colaboração para entender as necessidades dos parceiros de negócios e fornecer soluções
Forte experiência de liderança em uma empresa ou função multifuncional
Forte liderança em gerenciamento de projetos
Capacidade comprovada de coordenar equipes multifuncionais de negócios, TI, entre outros
Capacidade de influenciar os outros
Respeitado dentro da organização em diferentes grupos de partes interessadas
