**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
Responsibility for workstreams of consulting projects, with support from the Project Manager. Successful Senior Business Consultants are expected to:

- **Drive recommendations and their implementation**: Manage content of workstreams including collecting data, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing recommendations, assembling communication documents, designing and co-facilitating workshops and working on implementation plans.
- **Help develop the department**: Collaborate with team members of the S&BC (LatAm and Global) and other departments of Bayer.
- **Be a role model**: Coach junior members of the team in the beginning of their consulting careers.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- **Academic background**: University degree required (business, economics, engineering, social sciences or agronomy).
- **Work experience**: previous management consulting experience
- **Mobility**: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- **Language**: required fluent English and Portuguese
