**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
The Internal Communications team creates a high-performing organization by ensuring that every employee, regardless of job level, expertise, or geography, understands our business strategy and decisions, embodies our values, and can articulate how their work contributes to the results we pursue.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In this role, you will:

- Coordinate, produce, and deliver powerful internal rituals - weekly Demo Fridays, bi-weekly Employee Onboarding, quarterly Company All Hands and Earnings Call, and yearly Black Friday;
- Partner with colleagues from different areas to find content, create narratives, and ensure that the content shared is relevant and clear;
- Ensure the technical quality of all events, including audio, video, and tooling;
- Provide essential tools to all new employees so that they are ready to reach their best performance within their first year with us;
- Incorporate VTEX culture concepts and vision into the event's style and agenda.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You are based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and are available to go to our office in Botafogo as needed (some events are in-person);
- You are passionate about how communications can foster business results;
- A strong sense of responsibility drives your behavior, and you are comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- You are highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing the job at hand autonomously and ensuring delivery even when working with tight deadlines;
- You use data and evidence as input to monitor the effectiveness of your efforts;
- You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Spanish is preferred.
- Preferred work experiences: university recruiting, employee onboarding, events production, and delivery.
