Experience supporting end-users in a Windows environment.
Experience with Office 365 administration and support.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
Familiarity with Azure AD and access control management.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Information Technology Certification, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Review, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices,
Assist with the management and maintenance of our Office 365 environment, including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
Manage and maintain Azure AD, including user accounts, groups, and access controls.
Collaborate with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Continuously improve the quality of our IT services and support processes.
