**Job Role Summary (Job Description)**:
Support of End-To-End API Lifecycle Platforms. This includes the platforms operations, develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline, automation development/maintenance and customer consulting.

**Job Role Responsibilities**:
**1.** Operate API Platforms running in Containers technology (Openshift), including maintenance, troubleshooting and administration

**2.** implement and maintain automations for platform operations including platform self-service portal

**3.** Customer support for questions and troubleshooting

**4.** Design/maintain/implement API DevOps platform which covers areas such as build, deployment, test, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures.

**5.** Design, craft and unit test an API solution ensuring that it's low in technical debt and designed and coded with cyber security in mind.

**6.** Deliver reliable, secure and efficient APIs/services, that are intuitive and easy to use by other developers.

**7.** Ensure APIs in platform compile with all XOM API security best practice.

**Expected Level of Proficiency (Technical Skills)**:
**1.** Experience with MuleSoft, Containers (preferably OpenShift) and monitoring environment

**2.** Cloud Concepts

**3.** Networking (Network topology, protocols, firewalls, authentication mechanism, security)

**4.** Programming skills (.NET)

**5.** Technical Analysis & Problem solving skills

**6.** Basic understanding on DevOps solutions/concept.

**Expected Soft Skills**:
**1.** Must speak, read and write English fluently
**2.** Work in a global team and interface with contacts from different regions and cultures
**3.** Adaptability to time pressure and priorities change

**Nice to have**:
**1.** Experience with cloud implementations in Azure and/or AWS.
**2.** Experience with other programming languages (JAVA, Python).
