**Responsibilities**:
- Interpreting large volumes of data, identifying tax opportunities, and translating tax complexities for internal clients.
- Analyzing the impacts of changes from the tax reform legislation through scenario simulations combining old and new taxes, and updating rules as per the approval and publication of complementary laws.
- Participating in internal committees related to tax reform.
- Participating in technical studies on the impacts for the company from the new indirect taxes created by Tax Reform.
- Implement adjustments in processes, controls, systems, and tax strategies for an efficient transition.
- Supporting business areas in strategic decisions involving indirect tax legislation
- Support for internal clients (service centers, decentralized units, and legal and commercial departments) regarding tax demands.
- Managing projects involving the tax area, related to tax reform and process improvement.
- Performing the mapping of fiscal processes and promoting integration with related areas and affected cycles, like account payables, receivables.
- Participating in the development of legal strategies to reduce tax burden.
- Promoting continuous training and adaptation to legislative changes
**Requisites**:
- Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Engineering.
- Relevant knowledge in project management and schedule management software.
- Analytical skills in data and processes, as well as proficiency in process mapping and flowcharts.
- Experience in tax areas and broad knowledge of indirect taxes, preferably in large companies or tax consultancies.
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or other integrated systems.
- Experience in the preparation and validation of ancillary obligations.
- Collaborative, proactive, and resilient profile, ability to lead projects, good interpersonal skills, clear and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
