**Your function**
As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting complex and strategic credit analyses, focusing on medium and large clients, ensuring decisions are aligned with the institution's risk appetite and contributing to the sustainability and growth of the portfolio.
- Perform highly complex credit analyses, focusing on legal entities, individuals, and economic groups, within the COO's purview (credit reports in Portuguese and English);
- Act as a technical reference for junior and senior analysts, supporting team development and case review;
- Propose and implement improvements in credit analysis processes, focusing on efficiency and governance;
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including visits to customers, dealers, and vendors, as well as supporting related areas, such as collections, with technical analyses that require in-depth credit knowledge;
- Manage the credit portfolio under your responsibility, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review;
- Work closely with Account Managers, contributing to the understanding of markets, customers, and strategic programs.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Advanced accounting and financial knowledge
- Proficiency in DLL, GCRP, performance programs, connection of key indicators with the day-to-day activities of CRO areas (delinquency, PD, NPL, risk cost).
- Advanced knowledge of guarantees, financial products, economic indicators, banking legislation.
