We are searching for the best talent for **Experienced Analyst, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solutions **to join the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. This role may be based at J&J locations in **Sao Jose dos Campos or Sao Paulo, Brazil **; **Warsaw, Poland; **or **Singapore.**

This position will lead end-user support activities, perform third-party risk administration tasks, and serve as the data administrator for the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This individual will interact with other internal functions within J&J to update and maintain key components of the TPRM program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead TPRM end-user support activities on the ServiceNow GRC platform (demand intake, training, support requests, support manuals/FAQs).
- Perform TPRM system administration tasks (account management, access control, maintenance, upgrades, system health/defects).
- Perform duties as the data administrator for the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
- Collect, enter, validate, and maintain third-party, engagement, and risk assessment data.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of business experience in data governance, data entry, and familiarity with relational databases, spreadsheets, and online forms.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in risk management, cybersecurity or business risk analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the agile methodology.
- Highly motivated with the willingness to take ownership and responsibility for work.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving information security practices.
- Enjoy working in a global and diverse team environment.
- English language domain

**Preferred**:

- Experience with the Unified Compliance Framework (UCF).
- Certifications in cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP), audit (CISA), or risk management (CRISC).
