**The Role**:
The role of the Marketing Specialist Brazil is to develop marketing strategies, generate new leads, and work with the marketing team.

**Experience**:

- Must have 5 to 8 years of marketing experience.
- Coordinate the marketing department's creative team, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content.
- Work with the performance team to monitor and improve the results of digital campaigns.
- Be responsible for designing and implementing a complete marketing strategy with the goal of creating a strong funnel of qualified leads.
- Coordinate the creation of engaging and informative content for the website, blog, campaigns, social media, offline activities and any other content marketing channels the company can leverage.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Utilize the full range of digital and offline marketing channels, including paid, organic and social media.
- Develop short
- and long-term plans, goals, and budgets for the marketing program, monitor progress, ensure buy-in, and evaluate performance.
- Perform all other relevant tasks essential to increase sales.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with mínimal supervision.
- Strategic vision for lead generation.
- Intermediate knowledge in wordpress, RD station, CRM and the like.
- Knowledge in SEO.
