**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

**Position Title**: Project Finance and M&A Intern

**Department**: Project Finance and M&A

**Location**: São Paulo

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage the necessary procedures/bureaucracies for new issuances (registering, collecting and sending information in Due Diligences, requesting and monitoring registry records, collecting signatures, etc.).
- Manage the procedures/bureaucracies to carry out the disbursements of contracted financing (compliance with the precedent conditions, sending invoices and payment receipts, etc.)**.**:

- Update the financial models for internal reporting, ensuring that the Business Plan reflects the actual development of projects.
- Report internally on the macroeconomic and Brazilian capital market.
- Financial modeling, running price sensitivities, investment schedule, energy sales assumptions.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration / finance / Engineering
- Advanced MS Office skills (excel, power point, word)
- English
