Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps solutions in alignment with business needs.
- Implement best practices for PowerApps development, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Delivering services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform Team using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.
- Working directly with clients to support various projects and provide solutions.
- Developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
- Understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Installing and configuring of data gateways.
- Developing Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
- Providing architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Power Platform.
- Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identifying areas and processes where other technologies can be better leveraged in facilitating process improvement.

Basic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge and Experience
- Customize and extend PowerApps using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for PowerApps development.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior PowerApps developers, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in PowerApps and related technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PowerApps
- Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate (Flow), Power BI and Power virtual agents.
- Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
- Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Knowledge of Flow licensing and automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.
- Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.
- Knowledge in relational data modeling/structuring.
- Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.
- Experience and knowledge of developing Azure logic apps and functions as well as providing Power BI development and support.
- Good working knowledge JavaScript.
- Experience of SQL is preferable.
- Technologies: PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure, PowerShell
- Programming/Scripting Languages: JavaScript

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in PowerApps development.
- In-depth knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and other components of the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in customizing and extending PowerApps using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact between your team and clients. Patient, level
- headed and cool under pressure.
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients and setting high standards for excellent client service.
- Enjoy complex problem solving, thinking on your feet and coming up with ingenious solutions.
