**Boeing Brazil** is seeking a **Benefits Delivery Specialist**, reporting to the International Benefits Delivery Senior Manager, working out of the **Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil** office supporting Brazil and LATAM countries. The **Benefits **Delivery Specialist** will join the Mobility & International Benefits Delivery team who provide support employee benefit delivery operations outside of the USA.
**Position Responsibilities**:
Representative major tasks performed with mínimal direction, but not limited to, the following:
- Provides an advocacy role for employees with concerns related to benefit plans
- Researches respond to and resolve inquiries and problems of various complexities referring to established precedents and policies regarding benefit issues and concerns. May be called upon to resolve unique situations or issues in partnership with the Total Rewards partner for the region.
- Performs day-to-day administrative functions relating to benefits.
- Manages open enrollments and supports the Total Rewards partner with renewal(s) processes.
- Develop and execute a multi-year road-map for benefit operations.
- Conducts group and individual benefit induction/education sessions and presentations as required. Responds to unique questions.
- Researches and validates general benefits data; perform other specific functions (e.g. pension calculations, life claims, disability claims, etc.).
- Coordinates employee benefits data transfer with vendors and internal customers. Validates and/or corrects employee data.
- Researches and prepares ad hoc reports for review. Researches, reviews and compiles benefit data for audits and other legal inquiries, as directed. Compiles data and responds to benefit surveys.
- Compiles information relevant to benefit appeals from the appropriate sources and forwards to supervision.
- Collaborates with the Total Rewards partner to recommend benefit plan design changes and facilitates implementation of new or modified benefit plans to maintain market competitive benefit programs
- Monitors and analyzes legislative and regulatory actions that impact benefit plans. Audits and monitors performance metrics and standards
- Researches and documents benefit provisions related to corporate restructuring/entity change as required
- Audits vendor/carrier compliance to performance standards and report status. Reviews calculations for accuracy to facilitate retirements
- Provides in-country support for immigration and relocation matters
- Other duties as assigned including project activities to support and operationalize benefit initiatives

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- In depth experience with employee benefits delivery
- In depth experience with relevant government laws, regulations and compliance impacting the functional responsibilities of the occupation
- Experience with benefits (statutory and/or non-statutory) for assigned countries
- Experience with taxability and international payroll integrations
- Competency in supporting employee benefit handling for employees that are temporarily assigned to international locations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Legally able to work in Brazil
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, or Human Resources or other industry-related certification,
- Effectively integrate multiple resources and organizations to quickly and effectively resolve emerging issues
- Evaluate job tasks and processes on how well they help meet team objective(s); identifying non-value-adding components and barriers
- Develop, document and implement processes that can be replicated globally
