
International Business Development Executive

We are looking for an International Business Development Executive to lead our strategic expansion into key global markets, with a focus on the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Mexico.
This professional will be responsible for identifying, mapping, and converting business opportunities in the services and technology sectors, driving the international growth of WTM and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent deal flow
Convert prospects into clients through consultative selling and relationship building
Develop strategies to enter new market segments and expand our presence in target regions
Deep-dive into UAE business landscape, identifying key players, market trends, and growth opportunities
Explore and evaluate opportunities in additional international markets as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
Background in services or technology sectors highly valued
Strong negotiation and closing skills with complex B2B sales cycles
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to different cultural and business environments
Basic analytical skills for market research and sales reporting
