The Counsel is responsible _for _enforcing company’s legal and compliance activities in Brazil (possibly expanding to Latam) in accordance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. The Counsel should be able to interact with different types and levels of internal customers / departments, assuring proper and timely support is offered, acting as real business partner to support business growth under compliance and applicable legislation, growing along with Company’s organic growth.

This position is part of the Legal & Compliance team and will be located in São Paulo. As a supporting department, our goal is to act as a real business partner to the relevant areas, reactive and proactively, offering the best strategies and anticipating opportunities_._

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Really learn the business, by supporting a big range of internal clients

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience on the relevant field
- Advanced in English
- Substantive knowledge of commercial contracting in the healthcare industry

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Experience in administration of various contracts
