**Job Title**:Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN)

**Location**:Victoria, TX

**Salary**:This position is offering a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines at fair market value, with a commencement bonus and student loan debt assistance. Benefits include life, health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, CME, medical licensure and relocation.

**Job Summary**:We are seeking an experienced OBGYN to join our team in Victoria, TX. This position is in a private practice with 2 office spaces available and joining 7 other OB providers and 1 GYN provider. The OBGYN will be supported by CRNA’s that cover 24/7 and anesthesia coverage is not an issue for OB. This position offers a partnership track available after 2 years and a level 3 NICU.

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and compassionate patient care
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological and obstetrical issues
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics
- Document patient medical histories and treatments
- Monitor and manage pregnancies

**Qualifications:
- Board-Certified OBGYN
- 3+ years of experience in an OBGYN setting
- Strong understanding of gynecology and obstetrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical software systems

**Experience and Skills:
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of providing high quality care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
