Job Responsibilities

Cost Accounting*: record and analyze all costs associated with the project, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract costs.

2. *Budget Management*: develops financial budgets based on project plans and compares actual expenditures against budgeted variances during the course of the project.

3. *Contract Management*: responsible for verifying and processing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that the terms of the contract are enforced, and making payments according to the contract.

4. *Funding Management*: Manage the cash flow of the project to ensure the timely availability of funds required at all stages of the project, and to avoid a shortage of funds leading to project stagnation.

5. *Financial Reporting*: Generate regular financial reports of the project and provide them to the project management team and company executives to help decision making.

6. *Tax Compliance*: Handle UAE tax issues related to the project and ensure that the project's tax filings comply with local laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1.Will handle accounting work related to construction projects. It includes cost accounting, budget management, fund management and financial tracking of project progress. The main task is to ensure that the financial status of the project is within budget and running smoothly according to the time schedule.Core Responsibilities:
2.Bachelor degree or above in accounting, financial management, auditing and other related majors, with relevant qualifications (e.g. Junior Accountant, Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.

3. 2-5 years of accounting experience in the engineering industry, familiar with financial management processes and costing methods for engineering projects, preferably in construction, PV energy or related industries.

4. Proficient in financial software and Office software (especially Excel);
- Familiar with international accounting standards, tax laws and related laws and regulations, with specialized knowledge in engineering contracts, cost accounting, and fund management;
- Ability to budget, finalize accounts and cost control for engineering projects.
- Familiar with UAE tax is preferred.

5. Understanding of contract management, settlement process and cost control process in PV energy industry;
- Ability to adapt to the working pace of engineering projects and travel or be on-site when necessary.
