The Senior Transportation Peak Manager is responsible for leading and orchestrating comprehensive peak period preparation strategies across the transportation network, working closely with S&OP, topology, network design, configuration teams in addition to transportation peak captains to ensure optimal network performance during high-volume periods. Key job responsibilities - Lead medium and short-term peak planning initiatives, aligning transportation capacity with forecasted demand - Collaborate with S&OP teams to develop integrated peak readiness plans across all transportation miles - Analyze and optimize network configurations and topology to meet peak period requirements - Ensure network connections and nodes are properly configured and ready for increased volume - Design and implement contingency plans for potential capacity constraints - Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across various transportation teams - Monitor and assess network performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks - Lead transportation peak readiness and war rooms meetings About the team Operational Excellence team drives end to end performance success and continuous improvement.
