**About the role**:
We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as a Non-Executive Director for our group of companies registered in Malta. This is an important compliance and governance role that contributes to establishing economic substance for our Malta-based operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a formal director of four Maltese companies.
- Review and sign corporate documents as required.
- Maintain availability for document execution with quick turnaround (within 1 business day).
- Conduct online verifications (as a part of KYC procedures).

**Qualifications**:

- Malta citizenship and permanent residency status.
- Professional background in legal, finance, or corporate services.
- Previous experience as a Non-Executive Director or similar governance role.
- Understanding of Maltese corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Availability to sign necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Professional reputation and high standard of ethics.
