**_What is this role?_**
The Chief of Staff Strategy Analyst is responsible for driving high-impact business initiatives (from the beginning until the conclusion), translating data into a strategic vision to guarantee that leadership is considering all the main information, managing special projects to achieve our KPIs, and communicating cross-functional objectives.

**_What are the strategic outcomes?_**
I ensure that VTEX's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions in the present.
I guarantee the KPI's achievement through the breakthrough projects.
I love data and guarantee that the leadership is data-oriented.
I translate data into high-level conversations.
I have a 360º vision of VTEX Brazil's process and look at our main issues as opportunities.
I advocate for the VTEX culture.

**_ What are the readiness Conditions?_**
I know how to use **PowerBI** and Salesforce.
I love data and have a tech and math-oriented mindset and great analytical skills.
I have ecommerce knowledge: at least CMX level 1.
I have in-depth knowledge of VTEX business cases from different market segments.
I use my power and influence to lead from behind.

**_What are the main responsibilities?_**
I manage operations ensuring the cadence of our key meetings, rituals, and processes that help drive the company to unprecedented results.
I prepare dashboards (PowerBI and Salesforce) and presentations to translate our data into high-level decisions.
I act as the facilitator for colleagues and employees. This means being able to communicate wants, needs, concerns, and ideas from employees to leaders effectively and articulate processes optimizations.
I support the leader in high-performance communication, such as keynotes and internal or external presentations.
I embrace all the educational programs of VTEX (DCS, CMX, CAC, etc).
