Atuação em Home Office

**Candidato deve residir em qualquer cidade no Brasil**
- Solucionar problemas e propor soluções, utilizando conhecimento em abordagens de Design para propor a melhor experiência para os nossos clientes;
- Participar e realizar pesquisas com clientes, testes de usabilidade internos e externos, mapeamento de jornadas, coleta de feedback, entre outras ferramentas;
- Participar e conduzir reuniões com stakeholders e times de Produto/TI para criação de novas funcionalidades e produtos que estejam alinhados com o desejo do usuário, necessidade de negócio e viabilidade técnica;
- Criar fluxos, wireframes, layouts, protótipos navegáveis de baixa e alta fidelidade, garantindo e aplicando boas práticas de UX e UI;
- Interpretar e analisar dados quantitativos e qualitativos para orientar decisões de projeto, design e identificar novas oportunidades de atuação;
- Documentar projetos e processos para mapeamento, organização e consulta de conteúdos;
- Conduzir a evolução do Design System;
- Elaborar análises, benchmarks e apresentações.

**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Ensino superior cursando (pré-requisito);
- Possuir notebook ou computador para atuação em Home Office;
- Conhecimento avançado em Figma (pré-requisito);
- Conhecimento intermediário em Softwares gráficos ? Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Pré-requisito);
- Conhecimento dos conceitos e boas práticas de Design Thinking, Design Sprint e Lean UX (Pré-requisito);
- Desejável 1 ano de experiência na área.
