**Main Responsibilities**
**Marketing and Communications**
- Produce communications materials for school’s external and internal media, be it related to the day to day of school or the alumni. This aspect of the role will involve the coverage of school's events, the production of content to social media and alumni portal and the management of these media.
- Keep the school’s media channels up to date and produce reports on engagement rates and effectiveness of the channels.
**Alumni database support and communication**
- Act as the administrative staff in charge of alumni documentation, being responsible for filing diplomas and other school’s documents after students leave school.
- Act as the point of contact between the St. Paul’s School team and its alumni, undertaking the tasks of taking messages, scheduling meetings and visits and organising alumni events.
- Support the school in the contact with service providers, arranging quotes and agreements for any services required and organising payments and administrative reports related to it.
- Manage the Old Paulean network by organising events and reunions, producing communication materials and ensuring full and positive engagement with former pupils and their families.
- Ensure that all communications with the alumni body are effective and professional, to foster a continuing sense of belonging to the school community.
Working hours: 07h15 to 16:30. Monday to Friday

**Education / qualifications**
- Likely to be degree educated in marketing, communications or public relations and with appropriate professional experience.
**Knowledge and expertise**
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of social media, website management, and basic Microsoft programmes
- Fluent English and understanding of British culture
- Commitment to further professional development
**Experience**
Previous experience within the international education sector would be an advantage.
**Skills and abilities**
- A proactive, discrete, methodical organisational approach and attention to detail are essential
- Highly competent in the use of computers - fast and accurate
- Knowledge of standard document presentation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to respond to changing needs on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload with initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines which may, of necessity, change
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
