**Descrição**

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:

- Conduzir a operacionalização dos processos de importação nos diversos modais, atuando desde a prontidão de carga até a entrega nas unidades de negócio da companhia;
- Analisar solicitações de embarque, pedido de compra e documentação pertinente ao processo de importação (commercial invoice, packing list, certificado de origem, etc.);
- Analisar enquadramento correto de NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) para os itens a serem importados;
- Contatar exportadores, agentes de carga, despachantes aduaneiros, terminais portuários, autoridades aduaneiras e demais players da cadeia logística;
- Solicitar embarques de importação e realizar follow up junto aos parceiros logísticos;
- Realizar input das informações do processos na plataforma de importação;
- Conduzir e apoiar o despachante aduaneiro no registro das declarações de importação e respectivo desembaraço aduaneiro;
- Emitir Notas Fiscais de Entrada de importação e suportar a operacionalização de entrega dos itens nas diversas unidades de negócio da companhia;
- Apoiar as solicitações de fechamento de câmbio;
- Analisar faturas de cobrança e suportar a operacionalização de pagamento dos fornecedores nacionais envolvidos na cadeia logística como agentes de carga, despachantes aduaneiros, terminais portuários,transportadoras, etc.
- Apoiar fechamento de custos dos processos de importação (regularizações contábeis, fiscais e financeiras);
- Apoiar formulação e análise dos custos de importação e internação (impostos, Ex-Tarifário, Drawback, taxas alfandegárias e demais custos logísticos);
- Conduzir processos de importação e exportação atrelados a regimes especiais (Drawback, Admissão Temporária, Exportação Temporária para Reparo ou Beneficiamento, etc.);
- Apoiar execução de testes na plataforma de importação junto a TI.

**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Graduação nível Superior completo preferencialmente Administração de Empresas, Relações Internacionais e Administração com ênfase em Comércio Exterior;
- Conhecimento nível intermediário em Inglês (leitura e escrita);
- Diferencial idioma Espanhol;
- Desejável conhecimento em Power BI;
- Desejável conhecimento ERP (SAP);
- Desejável conhecimento plataforma de importação eComex ou similar;
- Experiência na área de Comércio Exterior, desde embarque até a entrega na fábrica;
- Vivência com documentação (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificado de Origem e Conhecimento de Transporte Internacional) e fluxo de processo de importação.
