Contract Management Analyst

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Review daily reports, order maintenance requirements, and order blocks
- Partner with regional sales managers to increase sales by managing inventory requests and analysis of sales data (Backlog data)
- Be a reference for teams pairs
- Insert and track sales orders
- Ensure that all information about your portfolio are updated daily.
- Ensure coverage for daily staffing
- Evaluate interns workload and delegate as needed, always align with Inside Sales Coordinator;
- Ensure daily reports to ensure Commercial Team has all the information about Sales Portfolio
- Be responsible for do and managing a "Flash" monthly report that will be a base for closing month
- Acting as a facilitator between Logistics, Plant, Sales, Fiscal and Pricing always with customer focus;
- Track billings and ensure issues are resolved so customers receive products quickly
- Acting as a leader
- Must be able to motive and stimulate enthusiasm;
- Time management, multi-tasking, and follow-up are the skills preferred
- College coursework equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specially Excel Skills)
- Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Desire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Motivated both individually and on a team level
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of Wire and Cable industry and experience in distribution environment a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Robust analytical documentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
