**Descrição do cargo**
Atender a fila de incidentes que requerem suporte técnico (Troubleshooting) de média e alta complexidade em infraestrutura de redes IP com foco em soluções de redes e segurança
Elaborar e aplicar procedimentos para reestabelecer serviços e realizar configurações de rotina em infraestrutura de segurança de redes
Aplicar sua experiência no mapeamento de problemas em infraestruturas de redes e segurança de redes
Mapear/documentar procedimentos técnicos, topologias e manuais técnicos para atendimento a usuários;
Interagir com o time de suporte técnico Logicalis para escalonamento em demandas complexas
Atuar em demandas em horários extras caso seja necessário
Viajar quando houver a necessidade para atender clientes em outras cidades/estados e participar de plantões quando necessário
Atuar de forma SENIOR em situações onde ocorram escalonamentos técnicos críticos, envolvendo a liderança quando detectar necessidade de apoio
Regime de trabalho 8x5 (BANCO DE HORAS) Home Office
**Qualificações**
Possuir perfil multi disciplinar (Networking e Security) e estar disposto a ampliar seus conhecimentos em outras tecnologias
Possuir conhecimento pleno em suporte técnico em infraestrutura de redes e segurança de redes CISCO E FORTINET (Routing/Switching, SDWAN, Firewall, ISE, IPS/IDS, Proxy, Endpoint Security/MCAFEE, VPN, Cloud Security etc)
Possuir boa comunicação, inquietude em se desenvolver e ter um espírito de equipe aguçado
Certificações:
ITIL (Desejável)
CCNA Routing&Switching / Security (Requerido)
Cisco CCNP Security / Enterprise (Requerido)
Checkpoint e NSE4+ (Diferencial)
Inglês / Espanhol intermediário para interação com fabricante
