**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering;
- Advanced English;
- Desirable certification of IADC or IWCF supervisory well control;
- Desirable minimum of five years of experience in rig operations, of operational management experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site;
- Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective;
- Coordinates work of product services lines to meet engineered well design;
- Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items;
- Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment;
- Directs well operations processes.
