**Job Duties**:

**Under Direct Supervision**
- Contract administration in the Supply Chain area, assisting with operational/statistical management and KPI control
- Participation in management meetings and the presentation/development of performance and development reports aimed at continuous improvement
- Support in supervising and managing training and providing technical support to the team of buyers and bidding specialists
- Development of processes based on performance improvement in Supply Chain and participation in supporting internal leadership (internal clients), optimizing compliance achievements
- Act as a multiplier in promoting and practicing the Company’s and market’s policies, work methods, and business procedures

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields
- 5 to 7 years of experience in negotiations, contract administration, and procedures within the Supply Chain area
- Advanced English
- Desirable knowledge in Oil & Gas
- Desirable knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba
- Advanced Excel skills
- Availability to reside in Macaé, RJ
