**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities
- Upload the OHR file sent by team into Storms to check for discrepancies.
- Create IDs in PMX for new Contractors.
- Inform the Storms team about missing IDs for new employees.
- Check inactive WBS elements — verify whether they can be opened/unlocked or escalate to the Project PFM.
- Run the hours upload in background to identify errors and avoid delays in closing.
- Check Model Test Costs (around the 25th), post them, and verify if the Controllership team approved the workflow.
- Update the official OHR file (sent by the FP&A team).
- Upload the file posted as “Sent” in Storms.
- Create the Service Provider file to initiate invoicing.
- Reconcile invoices in the P&L
- Extract the T&L report from the Concur site.
- Analyze T&L data and perform reclassifications as needed.
- Review all Commodity Costs, update the main file and the PowerPoint presentation.
- Update the Pacing File
- Support audits.
- Consolidate the PMR file for JMM.
- Perform Actual Cost Variance Analysis based on Storms, Keops, and Gridfusion extracts.
- Manage Cost Phasing and Finance Adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Solid experience in finance, including FP&A and/or controllership; experience supporting Engineering/R&D or Operations preferred.
- Strong grasp of management accounting, project/program accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), EPM (e.g., Hyperion/Oracle Planning), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
- Proven ability to distill complex financials into clear insights and influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record driving process improvement and automation.
- Advanced English knowledge is mandatory,
- Advanced Portuguese knowledge;
- Desired knowledge in French;
