**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-focused Product Manager to help shape and grow our Casino experience. You’ll partner with the Head of Casino and cross-functional teams to define a clear product vision, drive innovation, and deliver features that players love. **Responsibilities**:

- Partner with our Head of Casino, key stakeholders, and the wider Product team to shape a compelling product vision and roadmap that delivers a best-in-class Casino experience.
- Keep your finger on the pulse - research the market, track competitor moves, and listen to our players to inform strategic product decisions.
- Use data and business insights to build strong business cases and craft clear, outcome-driven product specs that move the needle on Casino KPIs.
- Collaborate with business owners to assess value, prioritise ruthlessly, and focus on what truly matters—delivering high-impact work aligned with our strategy.
- Work hand-in-hand with our cross-functional legends from Design, Engineering, Compliance, Casino Ops, and Marketing to bring bold, player-centric features to life.
- Act as Product Owner in a Scrum team, keeping a well-groomed backlog and a laser focus on value delivery.
- Drive sprint planning, facilitate product reviews and workshops, and create user stories that guide development with clarity.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Support to boost acquisition, retention, and overall player happiness.
- Keep everyone in the loop - communicate updates, progress, and product performance with clarity and transparency.
- Test, learn, iterate. Run experiments, analyse outcomes, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years of experience building customer-facing products in the Casino space, with a proven track record of lifting key Casino KPIs.
- Deep understanding of gaming mechanics, game studios, and industry trends.
- A data-obsessed mindset - you are comfortable making decisions grounded in insight, not gut feeling.
- Agile is your native language - you’ve worked in fast-paced, iterative environments and know how to thrive in them.
- A natural leader and team player - you know when to step up and when to support from behind the scenes.
- A true product thinker: you care deeply about the customer, the craft, and the journey.
- Strategic in mindset, hands-on in execution - you love rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Clear, confident communicator - whether writing stories or sharing ideas, you get your point across.
- You shine at the crossroads of Design, Tech, and Business.
