**Required Skills**:

- Proven track record of code development and features validation.
- Experience troubleshooting test failures (manual, automated, and ad-hoc) as well as environmental or configuration problems.
- Ability to learn new skills to address evolving needs for automation frameworks that customers depend on.
- A disciplined approach to test execution, bug regression, and root cause analysis.
- Methodical, logic-driven thought process.
- Keeping written and/or visual records must be second nature.
- Good written and verbal communication: able to concisely summarize bugs, progress being made on tasks, etc., and provide detailed information as needed.
- Highly motivated individuals with strong project orientation and excellent time management.
- Ability to work within a group to collaborate in building complex systems.

**Highly Desirable Skills**:

- .Net, Python, PowerShell coding.
- Automation using Visual Studio tools.
- Experience in feature validation.
- Knowledge about systems hardware and firmware is a plus.

Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Engineering Full Stack.
