**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress using Jira.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and progress reviews with teams and stakeholders.
- ** ISO 27001 Implementation & Compliance**:

- Lead ISO 27001 implementation projects and ensure the company adheres to the required standards for information security.
- Work with internal teams to maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure security policies, procedures, and controls are properly implemented and documented.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**:

- Liaise with management and various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure information security requirements are met.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including risks and recommendations for improvement.
- ** Jira Management**:

- Utilize Jira to track and manage project tasks, timelines, and progress.
- Configure Jira for optimal project tracking, and continuously improve workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in using Jira for project-related activities.
- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- ** Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in IT or information security-related projects.
- Expertise in ISO 27001 implementation and management is essential.
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- ** Skills**:

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Jira, with the ability to configure and manage workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
