**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- Seek alignment with relevant stakeholders on the functional requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for any data related questions and issues;
- Collect, prepare and provide data input for all relevant deliverables, within agreed time frame
- Ensure the integrity and reporting of the data and information you are responsible for
- Compile and analyze data and information, to alert on trends and recurring themes
- Proactively highlight concerns as they arise, escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholder to minimize delays in deliverables and (re)prioritize assigned activities when necessary
- Ensure data entry and administration with accuracy, high level of confidentiality and in compliance with Company standards, within agreed time frame
- Provide first line support to all users, guidance and advice on their use
- Have understanding of how new internal and/or external events or changes will affect the systems and tools and recommend necessary actions
- Analyze the information received in terms of duplication, minimum requirements and standardization, prior to include it on the system and approach the requestor to amend it, if needed
- Include the information in the system (Materials Register, Service Register, Vendors Register), expanding the to all the units, when needed)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced English level
- Materials knowledge
- Desirable experience with ERP
- Excel knowledge
- NCM knowledge
