**Position**:
For offshore projects we're currently looking for a figure of:
**Project Planner**

Main responsibilities:

- Planning and control of activities for offshore projects in the oil & gas segment;
- Monitoring and update of the timetable for each project;
- Monitoring, managing and documenting the progress of each project on a timeline;
- Definition, monitoring and update of project WBS;
- Interface and coordination with Engineering and Project Management teams;
- Preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly reports according to project specifications;
- Daily use of Primavera P6 and MS Project softwares.

**Requirements**:

- Technical diploma or degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project planner in oil & gas;
- Previous experience in offshore projects is a must;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Excellent usage of Primavera P6;
- Knowledge of MS Project.
