The Role and What You’ll Do:

- UFC Fight Pass is a streaming service that offers MMA enthusiasts all live UFC events, along with a vast library of original and exclusive content, including documentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, historical fights, and more As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for managing UFC Fight Pass Brazil's social media accounts. In this role, you will develop content strategies focused on potential consumers, analyze performance metrics, and constantly seek creative opportunities to engage fans in the exciting world of martial arts._
- For the UFC Fight Pass BR Social Media Analyst position, the following additional skills and characteristics are required:_
- _ Ability to adapt to rapid and unexpected changes in the sports landscape._
- _ Flexibility to interact with different areas, such as production, editing, and public relations._
- _ Creativity and enthusiasm to engage with current events._
- _ Organization and attention to detail._
- _ Availability to work on Saturdays during events or when necessary._
- _ Strong written and verbal communication skills both Portuguese and English._
- _ Teamwork and ability to meet deadlines._
- _ Willingness to continuously learn in the work environment._

You Have These:

- _ Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst._
- _ Intermediate/Advanced_ English proficiency for communication with the global team._
- _ Knowledge in creating content agendas and clear description of briefings._
- _ Proficiency in social media management tools._
- _ Skill in creating various content formats (carousel, video, feed, etc.) for each social media platform._
- _ Familiarity with metrics and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)._
- _ Ability to subtitle videos, including using software like Capcut._
- _ Previous experience with the monitoring platform Stilingue._- As a plus, prior knowledge of mixed martial arts is highlighted._
