**Analyst - Structured Finance - São Paulo, Brazil**
Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Analyst to work with structured finance transactions in Brazil. Fitch's Structured Finance team in Brazil is responsible for the credit ratings of local market transactions mainly structured via Fundos de Investimentos em Direitos Creditórios (FIDCs) and securitization companies, that issue CRIs and CRAs.

The portfolio includes public ratings covering a variety of transaction and asset types, including asset-backed securities (ABS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and structured credit. This analyst will work on surveillance reviews, new issue ratings, and sector research reports and comments which are published primarily through Fitch's website. Analysts present regularly to market participants at conferences and other events.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, both in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills coupled with the ability to formulate and deliver clear and concise messages.
- Ability to actively participate in meetings conducted in English and Portuguese and read and comprehend legal documents.
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
- Team orientation, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Previous analytical experience with securitization via FIDC and/or Securitization Companies is highly preferred.
