**Job Profile / Activities**:
As Revenue Analyst II, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with Caterpillars Americas South dealers, Industry teams and Distribution Services to support profitable growth for Caterpillar and dealers. The position will provide opportunities to build your skills, grow your network and enhance your career. As part of the Merchandising Claims team in Global Machine Pricing, responsibilities may include, but aren’t limited to:

- Reviewing dealer machine discount claims to ensure they meet program requirements, business rules and policies
- Auditing claims to ensure compliance
- Analyzing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, root causes, etc.
- Implementing changes to achieve Global Machine Pricing and Caterpillar goals
- Developing process improvements within Americas South or globally
- Presenting and delivering training to Global Machine Pricing, dealers and internal partners

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Education**:4-year college degree concentrated in business administration, finance, economics, statistics or accounting.
- **Experience**:3 or more years of experience in pricing, accounting, finance/treasury, 6 Sigma, or marketing
- **Language**:English pre-advanced, Spanish intermediate
- **Skills**: Analytical, initiative, results-oriented, effective communicator (written and spoken), problem-solving, decision making, project management and teamwork

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability to complete tasks accurately and on time with mínimal oversight to meet goals and deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to identify problems, improvement opportunities and solutions
- Proven 6 Sigma, project management or other leadership experience
- Demonstrated focus on quality and customer needs
- Power BI experience
