We are searching for the best talent for Senior Principal, Data Management and Platform Technical Product Manager to be Sao Paulo

Purpose:
The Senior Principal, Data Management and Platform Technical Product Manager, will lead the strategy and execution of our data ecosystem, including data engineer, catalog, quality, security, custodiam/lake and data sharing. It requires both a broad knowledge of existing data technologies and cloud data platforms, leadership, creativity and commitment to materialize the thinking while working in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own vision and prioritization of new technical features and/or enhancements to the Data Management and Cloud Data Platform to meet business needs.
- Be accountable for technical delivery and value realization in partnership with the Business Product Manager
- Manage and optimize our end-to-end data solutions from data storage, data catalog, data quality, data processing to data sharing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data platform development and integration.
- Define and execute strategic plans for data management initiatives.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with business.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor and improve data platform performance.
- Stay updated with trends in data management and cloud platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 8-10 years of experience in data management or related fields, with leadership roles preferred.
- Proven and hands-on experience in big data processing, data engineering, lineage, catalog, virtualization, quality, sharing/APIs or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms (AWS or Azure) and data/analytics engineering practices.
- Strong product management and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership and team mentoring abilities on data space.
- Experience with data governance and security best practices.
- Knowledge in AI/ML technologies is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
