**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Main Job of the MSS Product Manager is develop cybersecurity products and services, with the aim of building a robust and differentiative portfolio.
- Analyze the market and the positioning areas within MSS
- Define and Maintain Cipher’s MSS Product Strategy and Portfolio
- Create the Selling Materials for the Sales force of Cipher and Prosegur, training Key Accoount Managers and receiving their feedback regarding the market and the positioning of the portfolio.
- Work to establish differentiators and USP of the proposals
- CoDesign the Go to Market Strategy on each of the geographies.
- Define the main messages and Value Proposition of the Products, promoting it inside and outside the company.
- Define Delivery strategy and RACI for each of the implicated technical areas.
- Report product KPIs like proposals, orders, etc
- Define and track specific campaigns, including product launch.
- Define the product development roadmap at a high level
- Develop external Content like blogs, articles, etc.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Definition and Maintenance of the MSS Product Porfolio.
- Promote, Internally and Externally, the products of the company.
- Be the interface between technical areas and the Sales force.
- Track and Measure Success for Product Implementation and Development

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or Master degree is required;
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, presales or technical IT areas (Cybersecurity experience would be a plus)
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Must be a good communicator and have skills like listening, empathy and persistent.
- Ability to work as a member of a team, handling non-hierarchical relationships and dotted line reportings;
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
- Languages:
English (Spoken and Written): Mandatory

Portuguese/Spanish (one of the two): Mandatory
