Help us build an engaged community of single people who consider the app a global reference for qualitative experiences in the dating sphere._ **Key focus areas**: - ** Elevate our short video content strategy to drive engagement - **Help enhance our brand's impact through captivating short-form video content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. By staying ahead of trends and creatively resonating with our audience, you'll foster engagement, boost brand visibility, and establish us as a top source for relatable dating and lifestyle content - ** Dive into our member stories and turn them into engaging content that can be shared across different platforms -** Think about multiple ways to tell these stories, like through social media or inside our app. Collaborate with different teams (such as product, data & support) to make sure our members' experiences are heard and celebrated. - ** Spotlight influencer trends to build a collaboration pipeline -** Act as our dedicated "cool hunter" for influencer tactics, keeping an eye on popular figures across platforms and helping us identify who's trending and what makes them appealing. Contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential creators, ready for collaboration, to amplify our app's reach and connect with prospective users. - ** Stay ahead of the Social Media landscape and identify trending formats to propose experiments - **Stay at the forefront of the Social Media landscape by identifying emerging content formats. Learn about these formats and transform your insights into experimental proposals that we can test.
