DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Realizar levantamento dos pedidos à serem roteirizados (Pedidos Novos, Insucessos D-1, Pedidos não calculados e etc.) e seus status atuais;
- Iniciar roteirização /consolidação e validação dos pedidos;
- Montar as planilhas de roteirização do Inhouse (por cluster);
- Realizar a roteirização dos pedidos no Inhouse e trabalhar na otimização das rotas;
- Exportar as rotas para o SPX e validar ATs de cada roteirização, reportar os números aos envolvidos do Hub, bem como realizar análise de pendências, divergências, e tratativas, fazer o report com todas as informações necessárias;
- Divulgar o Tracking de Performance de Roteirização nos grupos de Sea Talk da Regional;
- Revisar as rotas do dia e reportar pedidos não roteirizados para o responsável de inventário;

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia, Tecnólogo em Transporte, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
- Excel intermediário/avançado ( Power BI será um diferencial)
