Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Asset Management Consultant, JR/Intermediate to join our Consultanting Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

**About the role**:

- Maintain control and organization of project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, checklists, data books, etc.);
- Consolidate physical progress information and prepare project schedules (S-Curve, dashboards in Power BI, Primavera);
- Support the development and review of action plans and risk matrices;
- Extract, compile, and analyze data for KPI generation;
- Prepare status presentations for management and portfolio meetings;
- Participate in alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, procurement, etc.);
- Support communication between departments, ensuring information flows correctly and in a timely manner;
- Draft meeting minutes and record decisions, responsible parties, and deadlines.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- Postgraduate degree desirable.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 (considered a strong asset);
- Knowledge in Power BI;
- Advanced Excel;
- **Availability for on-site work at the client’s location;**:

- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, communicative, and proactive.
