**About the Role**
In this job you will focus on the leverage of the IBM IT solutions within the Latin America Region using the technical and communications skills to enable and
influence IBM business partners and its customers. You will be part of a team of TD SYNNEXarchitects whose mission is to technically support business initiatives of IBM resellers in Latin America, in addition to promoting IBM solutions for its ecosystem associated with TD Synnex and for the IT market, in a general way.
**What You'll Do**
- Provide technical solutions expertise to customers and their end users in a consultative sales environment.
- Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
- Maintain new and current technical expertise across many technologies, such as data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and cloud solutions
- Provide internal and external technical presentations and training
- Act as a visionary for recommending strategic vendors to enhance TD SYNNEX's line card
- Work with sales to identify new or existing customers for specific technologies
- Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven leadership experience in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products;
- +5 years of proven experience working as pre-sales specialist or IT architect for security solutions;
- Experience with the IT solution sizing and pricing process;
- Experience in communications network architecture and security
- Expertise in the architecture and pre-sales of sensitive data protection solutions (DAM, Encryption, Discovery, Analysis, Classification).
- Expertise in architecture and pre-sales of identity protection solutions (IAM, Identity Protection, PAM). Access ).
- Skills in detecting and understanding customer cybersecurity problems or pains
- Communication, presentation and technical objection handling skills.
- Good communications skills on **English**, **Portuguese**and **Spanish**languages
- Experience working with hybrid multicloud environments;
- Knowledge of the IT infrastructure alternatives with servers, virtual machines, and containers;
- Knowledge of information security governance process;
- Knowledge of technological platforms such as SOAR, Threat Intelligence and SIEM;
- Work experience on an enterprise product vendor like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc;
- Good knowledge about cloud solutions and its adoptions;
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud Paks products;
- Good understand of IT containers platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift;
- Experience with Incident Response - CSIRT;
- Practical experience within a SOC - Security Operation Center;
- Knowledge of security and technologies in Cloud;
**Working Conditions**
- Professional, hybrid working model - requiring on-site presence three times per week at our office located on Avenida Alfredo Egídio de Souza Aranha.
- Flexibility to work extended hours may be required, depending on business needs.
