**RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES**:

- **Desenvolvimento Fullstack**: Criar, manter e otimizar aplicações web e móveis, tanto no frontend (usando Flutter, React, Next.js e Typescript) quanto no backend (com Node.js).
- **Integração de APIs**: Implementar, gerenciar e integrar APIs RESTful e SOAP/XML/WSDL.
- **Automação e Qualidade**: Configurar pipelines CI/CD, implementar testes automatizados e monitorar o desempenho e a funcionalidade das aplicações.
- **Segurança e Escalabilidade**: Garantir que as soluções sejam seguras, escaláveis e bem estruturadas.
- **Colaboração**: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de design, produto e outros desenvolvedores para garantir uma experiência de usuário coesa e um código bem integrado.
- **Manutenção e Suporte**: Resolver problemas, debugar aplicações e revisar códigos para garantir a qualidade e manutenção contínuas.
- **Metodologias Ágeis**: Participar de reuniões diárias, retrospectivas e planejamento de sprints para colaborar de forma eficiente em um ambiente ágil.

**REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES**:

- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento web e mobile, tanto no frontend quanto no backend.
- Conhecimentos em **Flutter**, **React**, **Next.js**, **Typescript**, e **Node.js**.
- Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais (SQL) e ORMs.
- Experiência em desenvolvimento e integração de APIs.
- Conhecimento em práticas ágeis e ferramentas de CI/CD.
- Experiência com **AWS** e outros serviços em nuvem.
- Desejável: Experiência prévia em fintechs e/ou startups.
