Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** The Director, LATAM iTero is a senior management level position within the LATAM organization, responsible for Leading the iTero expansion in the region to meet the business plan. The incumbent will lead, direct, plan and manage the company’s iTero LATAM business to achieve profitable long-term growth in line with company’s vision, strategic objectives, and values. We are looking for a strategic leader experienced in the planning and execution of market analysis, expansion and penetration of the iTero product/service initiatives and liaison with cross functional stakeholders to meet business goals. This highly influential leader will establish strategic vision and execute all necessary alignments with cross functional teams across multiple countries in a matrix organization (Global, Americas region, LATAM region and countries). **In this role, you will** - Provide leadership in setting the iTero strategy, goals and objectives for all related functions including sales, marketing, commercial operations, clinical training & education, iTero services and customer support. - Own the identification, creation and implementation of the strategic growth opportunities and operational plans in the region and makes business-critical decisions on resource allocation. - Work cross-functionally within the Global iTero and Invisalign organizations to ensure the proper strategies are developed on all levels, functions and countries within LATAM region. - Be Responsible for increasing business presence in LATAM among existing clients as well as promoting the iTero expansion to new markets in the region. - Work seamlessly with Invisalign and iTero sales organizations to drive commercial growth in Latin America. - Create and implement strategies and direct lead teams of Digital Adoption Specialists, iTero services, iTero clinical training and iTero hunters (focused on non-Invisalign accounts) - Represent the iTero portfolio and ensure profitability in all channels and countries of the region. - Liaise with customers to better understand impact of commercial initiatives, as well as potential ways to improve Align’s value proposition in these areas - Lead efforts to make improvements to commercial processes. - Direct and execute expansion projects considering all aspects - market analysis, decision making process, financial analysis, technical and regulatory requirements, and commercial strategy. - Build and maintain strong collaborative internal relationship´s across key cross-functional business units including the iTero and Invisalign businesses. - Utilize metrics, internal/external environmental and business intelligence to provide the early identification of new business opportunities and create actionable insights to drive plans for increased market share, coverage and penetration. **In this role, you’ll need ** - MBA or equivalent experience required. - Strong vision & purpose management to inspire and motivate. - Minimum of 12 years of commercial experience in Medical Device Industry (Medical equipment) directly related experience in Marketing, Product Management and/or Sales. - A highly influential executive profile able to work on a matrix environment, creating strong morale and fostering open dialogue. - Buils and nurture business relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders at executive levels. - A strong track record of leadership - Customer-focused, ability to strategically determine the most valuable needs of the customer. - Excellent strategic and analytical skills, sound judgment, and business acumen to set priorities and make critical business decisions. - Strong ability to manage cross functionally at all levels of the organization - Exceptional project management skills.
